THE PUPPIES ARE HERE AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!

Happy Easter everyone !!
from all of us at
Dala Farm Poodles:)

We have been very busy getting the farm spruced up for Spring!
We've also been a bit busy taking care of (or rather -  watching Kaeira take care of) a beautiful pair of little girls.
We have never had just 2 puppies before or had more girls than boys. She delivered 3 puppies, but the little red male didn't live.
It was a very sad day at our house. It was so hard to have to tell the family waiting for the little guy that we had no puppy for them.

The awesome news is that our 2 little girls are so adorable!!!
We can't wait to show you our pictures.
They are absolute little pigs and they have the entire milk bar all to themselves!

We are just a few hours old here.

Marcia bought us a new soft, fuzzy bed. It's great!

Sleeping on top of each other is the best!

We are really little and almost exactly the same size.

Just a little handful:)

I am now 2 weeks old and Jessa's arm is a great place to sleep!
That's about all we do... except when we're eating, that is.

We just love to kiss Sammi!

She is delicious!

She also has the most snuggly neck!

Our eyes are just beginning to open. The world sure is bright!

Did I mention that my favorite thing is sleeping???

What a great tummy!

We really love each other:)

I think we love Charlie...she sure likes us!! She has been on a vigil by our playpen for weeks now. This is the first time she was allowed to give us a bath:) I think she's practicing for when she has her own babies.

We have the best Mommy in the whole world!!!!!

These pictures were taken today. We are now 3 weeks and 2 days old. Our eyes and ears are all open. Marcia turned on country music today while we were trying to sleep and it woke us up! How rude!

You can see what our favorite past time is still...
SLEEPING!

We're really good at a scoot/walk and we always seem to end up out of our bed:)

Mommy says that in another week we should be pretty good at beginning to walk. She said we'll probably fall over a lot but to not give up!
At five weeks we get to meet our forever families!!!! Yay!!
Sammi just came home from work - it's time to get played with!
She's a vet now. It's nice to have our very own doctor in the family.

Marcia is on Spring Vacation this week so I'm sure she will share more pictures and information about us soon!!

KAEIRA & TUCKER ARE HAVING A FABULOUS ROMANCE!!
She came into heat almost a month early. We didn't expect her in until the middle of January.
The puppies will be born the first part of March:)

Zoe, Kaeira, and Sadie on their favorite perch!

Introducing Charlie, our 16 month old standard female, and what a sweetheart!

IT HAS BEEN SUCH FUN RAISING OUR TOY POODLES, WE HAVE DECIDED TO BRANCH INTO STANDARDS AS WELL.

Current News From Dala Farm

Christmas is just around the corner!
Our poodles are thriving:)

Kaeira is her usual happy self and is in excellent health!
Tucker visited for Thanksgiving, it's so much fun to watch them together. They are obviously a mated pair. They have a strong bond of friendship.

Here are a few cute pictures of Tucker in our backyard.

Kaeira is much harder to photograph well because she is black. I will am trying to get some good new pictures of her. Here are Tucker, Kaeira and Sadie.

We do have a few pictures that our friends have sent us of her puppies from past litters:)

This is Kiwi. She is tiny...only about 4 pounds!

Kiwi again:)

Sally is a mini size. She is from last year's litter. She is so pretty!

Darma liked Katy so much that she came back a year later for a little brother, Danny, who is topping the scales at a whopping 4 pounds. Katy is the size of Kaeira.

5 WEEKS OLD ON EASTER SUNDAY!

EASTER WEEKEND, WE MET OUR FAMILIES!
We had our first haircuts, and our first baths...all in preparation for meeting our new families!
It was an exciting weekend and turned out great for all of us:)
I really like this warm water, it's so relaxing.

Darma chose me and named me Danny. I'm going to live with her and my big sister, Katy, on Whidbey Island. I am so lucky!

Kenzie was told she could pick out a puppy and she picked me!!! Yay!!
I have a name now too...it's SALLY:) I'm sure we will have so much fun as we grow up together.

Melissa came to visit us next and fell in love with me!!!!!!!
My name is Rinin (otherwise known as Rin!) I'm going to see her often for the next 4 weeks because she lives in Ellensburg. She's a painter, how cool is that?

The cute little guy behind Sally doesn't have a name yet because he is a surprise present for a wonderful lady named Ann, in Auburn. He feels pretty special!

We all will go to our new homes on Mother's Day Weekend:)
In the meantime, Marcia and Maynard will play with us and feed us. We'll get to go out in the backyard and explore on sunny, warm days, and just grow cuter and cuter by the minute.
It was a great weekend!

We have a really cute video that I am trying to upload. You can see it, and many more pictures on our Facebook page (Dala Farm Poodles), so please check it out!

WOW! WE ARE 3 WEEKS OLD !!!

WE ARE GROWING SO FAST!
WE ARE TESTING OUR WALKING SKILLS (AND FALLING OVER SKILLS:)
We make lots of noises (even a few barks) and are beginning to play with each other.
Our eyes and ears are both open now, but things are still a bit blurry.
Here are the pictures of our most recent photo shoot! We hope you like them.

Marcia is trying to make us wake up:)

OK, it worked! Hi everybody!

"Hey you guys...I can sit up!!"
said the black male.

Pig pile!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over I go!!

In case you were wondering, I am the girl!!

Oh, my head is so heavy. I'm the biggest and it's such hard work, this walking around.

Black puppies are really hard to photograph, but this one's not bad. I just don't remember whether it's the boy or the girl! Sorry:)

Marcia's knee is like a mountain!

This is a really good picture of one of the black puppies!

"Psss, What do you think we should do now?"

These pictures have been sort of fun!

I gotta go find Mom. She must be around here somewhere!

That's all for today! We hope you enjoyed our new pictures. We'll see you again next weekend!
Y'all come back now, ya hear?
